Techni-Cope Systems cuts copes, mitres, holes, headers, slots and your own DXF shapes into round pipe. The touch screen is the whole workflow: design the part, send it, home the machine, press CYCLE START.

HOW IT WORKS
- Design on the screenCOPE CREATE builds the part: an upright coped both ends, or an assembly of any ends and cut-outs along one pipe. A 3D preview shows the finished piece.
- Send to the machineThe job is nested onto sticks and loaded straight into the controller. No CAM, no USB stick, no PC.
- Home, chuck the pipe, cutThe torch probes the pipe, pierces and cuts at the material's settings while the chuck turns the pipe under it. Cut recovery, run-from-line and torch height control are built in.
WHAT IT CUTS
COPES
Single and multi-way saddles onto any pipe size, square or at an angle, both ends of the same stick.
MITRES & STRAIGHT CUTS
Ends at any angle, cut in order from the free end so nothing separates before it is finished.
HOLES & HEADERS
Rows of holes, through or one side, and the exact opening for a branch pipe welded to the side.
SLOTS, SQUARES & DXF
Flat shapes laid onto the pipe surface, or a logo and any odd shape from a DXF drawing.
NESTING
Several parts share one stick with common cuts, or one part per pipe; jobs run stick by stick.
EXTENDABLE
The primary system cuts pipe up to 1400 mm; each docked extension module adds 1500 mm.
